Can i become a good winger?

Speed is a natural asset. People who run, or in this case skate fast, are just predisposed to it from the time they take off running as a child. The odds of developing good speed are low just based upon that. However, hard work does pay off. Make sure you are skating every day if you are really that hellbent on becoming a winger. If it doesn't pan out, then I agree with the previous poster, don't be afraid to go defense. You already stated you're not afraid of hitting or anything like that, and if you really do shoot FAST, then you are an asset from the point. Plus your size at such a young age, the best advice you can get is if you can't become fast enough to keep a play alive offensively then switch to defense as soon as possible, and start developing there.
