How long to fix this in braces? ortho says about 2 more appointments?

today i got a longer wire on the bottom, same wire as usual on the top, and power chains on both. i also got elastics that form a triangle when put on because when i bite i have gaps around my "vampire" teeth (idk what their really called). i have to wear them 24/7 until my next appointment in 4 weeks. when we called back later they said that i had 1-3 more visits left before i could get my braces off. going once a month, how many more visits do you think it will take to fix this problem?
