DENTAL HELP!!!!!!!!! please help me?

OK i had impacted canine surgey im 14 and i have braces ok so they cut the gums and put on the chains and ever since then i have been drinking liquids not playing with my tongue and so all of a sudden the chain falls out -cries- they said that if it falls out they have to do it again please help what do I do !!!!! i dont want to go through the pain again pease help !!!!
